Tradeable House Africa was established in 2019 to address this reality.
African trade participants and project sponsors are often at a disadvantage in both local and international markets. This is not due to a lack of opportunity, but rather the complexity involved in executing cross border trade, transaction structuring and capital & resource mobilization. Many transactions struggle to materialize because the key components of trade, supply chains, finance, logistics, project capital and counterparties are often not effectively aligned.
